MIPR prides itself in giving customers an authentic island experience since its opening in 2015. Our signature dish is the Trifongo. It’s the same concept as a mofongo but we use a blend of green plantains, sweet plantains and yucca cassava, we mash them together similar to a mofongo and then we’ll top it with whatever topping you want shrimp, steak, or chicken.
