3. Conti’s Pastry Shoppe (786 Morris Park Ave): Conti’s Pastry Shoppe’s menu features fruit tarts, cheese cakes, pies and a variety of cakes — perfect for brunch! You can order through the homepage of their website for custom cakes or treats, or you can order through their website any of their treats, with minimum notes of an hour for most items, but we recommend ordering earlier in advance due to the busy spring season!
4. Zeppieri and Sons Italian Bakery (3004 Buhre Ave): Zeppieri and Sons Italian Bakery has an array of individual treats that would be perfect for a tray after an Easter Mass, like cannolis, creme-filled donuts, biscotti. 5. Cestra’s Bakery (3639 East Tremont Avenue): Along with their custom cakes for all occasions that you can order for Easter, they also have Easter bread! No matter how big your order is, they can help! Cestra’s recommends ordering by April 15 for larger orders, and smaller orders two to three days before Easter — but they will be open on Easter for any last minute dessert errands! They are conveniently located by the Throggs Neck Bridge, so you can pick them up on your way to a celebration if you plan to leave the borough.
