How can you give back to The Bronx?

As a community food hub, the Friendly Fridge Foundation’s mission is to normalize sharing food instead of wasting. Anyone can participate, putting food in the fridge (located at 4670 Manhattan College Parkway) and taking what they need.

We now redirect and distribute over 65,000 lbs of food every month. But make no mistake — there is so much more that can be rescued, and we need YOUR help. We need your donation to support redirecting good food and your commitment and willingness to spread awareness about this growing movement. Together we can all eat while caring for our planet.
